"VAN" (Sports Desk - 17.10.2024) :: The Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon outlined arrangements for over 36,000 + participants on Sunday, 20th October, including medical facilities and the Route for the marathon at the media conference at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on Wednesday.
Present on the occasion are Hugh Jones, Secretary General of the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races and Race Director; Sanjeev Kumar Raghav, General Manager, DMRC; Dr. Vijay Patel – Chief Medical Officer of New Delhi Municipal Council; Dr. Sameer Gupta & Dr. Sonia Lal Gupta, Medical Directors for VDHM 2024; Kushal Singh – DCP Traffic, South District, Delhi Police & Rajender Singh – ACP Hauz Khas, Delhi Police; Vivek Singh, Jt. Hugh Jones – Race Director sharing his experience about the marathon, said “It is always a pleasure to be a part of the marathon and even after so many every time I come to Delhi it is always nice to meet passionate runners and witness them achieving their personal best.”
