“VAN” (Dar Rafi – Srinagar) :: District Hospital Ganderbal road blocked due to wrong parking by private vehicles and street vendors. Locals said emergency patients came from for flung areas for emergency treatment but due to wrong parking by private vehicles and street vendors Ambulance move snail speed to the district Hospital Ganderbal. They said traffic police not come to the district Hospital for their duties. Locals said we already requested to concerned department but all in vain. Now we again requested to District Administration to please look into the matter.
