It is not within the power of the poor immigrant who has been waiting for years to determine his fate and hope for the asylum office, so many families have been held hostage in India in this way.

On the other hand, drug mafia groups are active here and use the coercion of these immigrants, because immigrants do not have the right to work to advance the lives of men and women with many problems; They are forced to work even for low wages, even for prostitution, which is a myth, and the regional intelligence has used this coercion of the refugees to their advantage, as the refugees have repeatedly seen the Iranian embassy use as a pretext for religious rites among Afghan refugees. Infiltrated, I informed the Afghan embassy and the person in charge of the embassy; But they did not pay attention, while it is the responsibility of the embassy to take action to preserve Afghanistan's name and prestige at the same time that they did not, and it is questionable.

In the quarantine situation, the migrants had no rent, no food, the landlords demanded rent, and all this suffering was unbearable and difficult for us, as we have heartbreaking stories that undermine Afghan dignity.

So I Seeing Afghan and humanitarian forward was to mobilize migrants for the right to appeal to national and international media, their voice heard in the world we have and the Secretary-General and the Prime Minister of India in an interview and write a letter, we asked the Office of Refugee Sarman Melal In India, our human rights as refugees should be respected and treated in accordance with the Immigration Act, and those who were involved in drugs and illegal activities were also opposed, and we always noticed immigrants while publishing the media on Facebook pages; But those who saw their interests in jeopardy with our lawsuit, in collaboration with drug mafia groups using the name of immigrants, always tried to silence us, first trying to pay money to India's bad guys and me. Beat and even physically remove several civil activists for which there is evidence; But they did not succeed, and we continued our struggle, and the Asylum Office was forced to distribute food to a small number of immigrants several times over the years, which was an achievement; But this achievement did not last long and was a symbolic act and a ground for the immigrants to see.

Finally, on December 30, 2020, a person named "Popal" who is in Afghanistan and came to India a year ago and took my second son's number in my personal restaurant and during this year, once or twice from my son according to the same custom. Afghani, while receiving a phone call, calls my son: "Shakib Jan, I sent a parcel, which is a medical machine, to the address of a friend of mine by DHL Company , because my other friend had to give that medical machine to a company and turn it into a patient." He is busy and this first friend is leaving with his family. He is leaving Delhi. Keep the same parcel with you for a few minutes. My name, prestige, and reputation, which was appreciated by all immigrants and praised by the media all over the world for my work for immigrants, have been damaged and personified. Exactly, what had been mentioned for a long time was the circles that achieved their will through such conspiracies and conspiracies.

In addition to my notoriety, this conspiracy is a disgrace to Afghanistan, which, in order to preserve the name and status of the refugees and Afghanistan, can be carefully examined and intervened by the Afghan government . Unfortunately, with the repeated contacts of the Afghan embassy, ​​the head of the embassy, ​​Mr. Taher Qaderi, has definitely not fulfilled his responsibilities.

We are known to all immigrants and have always served our people with dignity and honor; But my son was caught in a conspiracy to hit my dignity and silence the voices of immigrants, and he has been imprisoned for four months now. I have to get a lawyer, it is difficult for me to pay for a lawyer and prison in the land of refugees, as an informed and responsible Afghan, I did not forget my love for my homeland, describing the problems of migration and exile I did and I brought the voice of the refugees to the ears of the world and now the punishment for this service is killing my innocent son and my family and the Afghan embassy is not paying attention.

Will all this fuss and litigation to determine the fate of immigrants and the facts I had in my interviews with national and international media hurt my life, my family and immigrant civil activists in India?
