"VAN" (Om Parkash Mundra - London, France - 24.07.2024) :: Believe it or not; Sometimes you feels in London that you are not in London! You are in one of the small city of India. On that day (22.07.2024), I felt the same in London, ISCKON organized RATH YATRA on the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima and they have one of the best Hindu temple in London in Soho area. The "RATH YATRA" of Lord Jagannath ji, Balbhadra ji and Subhadra ji started in 3 separate RATH as used in Puri. The procession started from the famous Hyde Park Corner to Trafalgare Square around 2 km. At the beginning of the procession around 2 to 3 thousand devotees were there all in Hindu traditional wearing Dhoti Kurta Sarees and having Tilak on forehead of everyone. A mesmerizing screen. At the Trafalgar Square the devotees were more than 8000 thousand and a free meal prasad was Organized. The total Prasad distribution was donated by HINDUJA FAMILY OF LONDON. Apart from meal ,the devotees took round Parikrama of all the 3 Chariot and Fruits and Prasad was distributed to everyone who came in Que. Really it was a most enjoyable "RATH YATRA" to witness in foreign with so many Hindu families globally. Specially from Nepal. JAI JAGANNATH JI ,YOU ARE TRUE LORD OF THE WORLD.
