Egypt, Cyprus and Greece have concerns about Turkish aggression on Syrian territories

"VAN" (International Desk) :: Egypt, Cyprus and Greece underlined on Tuesday the need for preserving Syria’s territorial integrity and its regional safety, expressing deep worry about the Turkish aggression on Syrian territories.

In a joint statement following a tripartite meeting for Egyptian President, Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi, his Cypriot counterpart and Prime Minister of Greece in Cairo, the three states condemned any Turkish attempt to undermine the Syrian territorial integrity.

The three countries affirmed the need for committing to Syria’s territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence, supporting the international efforts to boost the political solution to the crisis in Syria according to UN resolution No.2254 and Geneva communique.
