"VAN" (International Desk) :: An explosion killed ten civilians including a child and wounded at least 27 others in Jalalabad city, the provincial capital of Nangarhar. According to a statement released by Provincial Government, the explosion took place at around 4:30 pm local time on 7th October in the 3rd district of the city. The statement further added an explosives-laden motorcycle exploded close to a mini bus of the Afghan Army recruitment department. No individual or group including Taliban militants has so far claimed responsibility for the explosion. Cr :: KHAAMA
