"VAN" (GC2018 Sports Desk) :: Sanjita Chanu grab the first Gold on the second day of GC2018, 3rd medal for India. Chanu won the medal in 53kg category of wrestling in Carrara Stadium, Gold Coast, Australia. PNG’s Loa Dika Toua took silver, while Canada’s Rachel Leblanc-Bazinet claimed bronze. Khumukcham lifted a combined 192kg, 10kg more than second placed Toua. “It was easier in Glasgow,” Khumukcham said after the competition. “It was tougher this time. Still I was able to do it, so I'm really happy”
