"VAN" (International Desk) :: Afghan forces discovered and defused a roadside bomb planted by terrorists in the 5th district of Kabul city. Nasrat Rahimi, a spokesman of the Ministry of Interior said the security forces discovered the bomb in the vicinity of Sarai Herati. Rahimi further added that the terrorists had planted the bomb to target the innocent civilians. The anti-government armed militants including Taliban have not commented in this regard so far. Taliban militants and militants of the other groups frequently use improvised explosive devices to target the security forces and government personnel.
